Josh Carlier is a time-based artist from Aotearoa, New Zealand that works in video, photography and sound. He is currently based in Naarm, Victoria.
He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts at Massey University with First Class Honours in 2020, working predominantly in the medium of video art. Since then, he's worked on a wide range of creative and commercial projects.
